Dr Doolittle

Little Miss has a dream. She dreams that one day she'll have a house full of dogs and a property full of animals. This afternoon, we went to Galahad's 8th birthday. He's a beautiful Wolfhound and is sadly suffering from cancer and so is unlikely to see his 9th birthday. It was a happy day, full of play and pats; tinged with sadness about Galahad's illness. Galahad's people have sheep, alpacas, cows, chickens, horses and dogs at their property; Little Miss was in seventh heaven.

Abe behaved himself beautifully; being very sociable and well-mannered. He fell asleep as soon as we got home and hasn't moved since.
