Cousins!

After a delicious breakfast at our B&B, we headed further east to my cousin John and his wife Jean near Portsmouth. We hadn’t seen them for five years, so it was really good to see them again. My Mum was an only child, and then on my Dad’s side there was only his brother Alfred who married and had children, so I just have the two cousins, John and his sister Linda, who lives in Virginia. We arrived in time for lunch, then in the afternoon went for a walk down to the shingle beach, where my Blip was taken, with the Isle of Wight in the background. As you can see, it was another grey dismal day, and we timed our walk just right, as within 5 or 10 minutes of our return, we could hear the rain hammering on the conservatory roof.
