Hildersham Poppies

I keep passing by this field of poppies, but it's a tricky place to stop, on a blind hill, so today I decided to find a safe place to park and walked up to it. It is even more amazing from up close, rather than zipping by in the car.

So now I have my June poppy blip!

Have chosen paint colours: windblown blue, wild hillside (green), mellow moment (golden tan), and antique velvet (deep rusty brown/red). I have always been intrigued by the thought of someone having a job naming paint colours!

Got the keys to the office today!
