A terrific ride down the hill into Glaisdale

But thank heavens I'm on an EBike when coming back up the hill!
Or it would be a long, long walk, as I am two thirds of the way down the hill at this point and stopped to let the bike brakes cool down.
It wouldn't do to meet a car coming up this very narrow road and find you had no brakes!
The road goes to the left past the farmhouse and the bottom of the valley is scenic and not too hilly!
Best of all there is a road on the other side of the valley you can return to this hill along, it runs past the two farms you should be able to make out at the bottom of the hillside.
