Train with a flat tyre

On a walk round Portobello this afternoon we stumbled on this very expensive new sleeper carriage awaiting attention at the Craigentinny carriage wheel lathe. The full sorry saga can be read here:

Later on this walk we looked, again, for otters in the Figgate Park lake but a third of it was covered with a thick green weed.
