Tree Bumble Bee.

Well I think it is, if anyone knows better please tell me.  I am basing my identification on  Ginger Thorax, Black abdomen and (not very clear in this shot) white tail.  For me the black abdomen rules out carder bee and the Carder Bee.

This year we have two Bumble Bee nests in the garden.  A nest of Garden Bumble Bees (Bombus hortorum) in a space in the garage roof and about 2 m (6ft) away in a nest box on top of a 2 m Ivy covered tree stump these which I am assuming are Bombus hypnorum.

Being Father's Day we had an hilarious video session between us, ArcaneSpark and the grandchildred.  Friday will see us down in Sheffield seeing them in person.  Looking forward to that.
