Over flowing

After going to Bridge of Weir for messages, mainly the ingredients for the steak pie and sultana & cherry bun (my favourite) decided to have a look at the river.

It has burst the banks and is over flowing the Heron was there keeping watch at its usual perch but as I got closer it flew away. The river is running very fast, not surprising after all the rain and it is very wet today, came home looking like a drowned rat but that is me in for the day
