Uphill Struggle

Before Jennifer and I commenced our Sealock to Sealock cycle along the Forth and Clyde Canal.
We hired bikes from the Falkirk Wheel so had a 4.5 mile cycle down to Grangemouth (for the Kelpies).
By the time we reached Bowling, we were both shattered. Maybe some practice cycles would have been advisable.
