Common Blue

I set off for Oxfordshire early this morning so that I could stop en route for a bit of butterfly time. Saw my first Small Skipper and Marbled Whites of the year bringing my species count to 30 for the season so far which isn't bad since I haven't really been trying this year. My favourite shot was this male common blue clinging on to the tip of some bracken.
