Walking

It is great to be back walking in the Lakes. The weather is much better than we had hoped too so even better!

This morning we did a wonderful walk to Cathedral Cavern - a new one to us. Absolutely fabulous! https://www.walklakes.co.uk/walk_260.html

Was looking forward to a treat at Chester’s at Skelwith Bridge but we couldn’t get parked so had lunch in Ambleside instead, where I also bought a new pair of walking boots.

Early evening we took Reggie for a swim in the Lake where I took this. A gentle stroll back to the caravan where Reggie is drying off and we are about to replenish our energy with a chilli con carne and a Mackeson. Happy days!
