From the Top

Went this morning to Inveraray today and parked in the Castle carpark, from there my target was clearly visible see extras. After a short delay to let passing rain go through I set off up the blue marked "Dun na Cuaichi " trail. Further rain shower came and went during the ascent, topping and descent with varying wind gusts. Main image the view from top back over the town and Loch Fyne. When I got back down a quick visit to the castle cafe for replacement fluids and carbs (cake), before a visit to the towns "jail museum" more climbing stairs this time, see second extra "the beak" ! A great day but feet and hips are complaining now.
