Lumb Bank. Ted Hughes.

We drove up to Yorkshire today and took a friend with us as she was going to a Writer’s Conference at the former home of Ted Hughes the late Poet Laureate.
I asked permission to look around and it was so beautiful.
It is set on the side of a steep wooded valley with a panoramic view.
We then drove back over the Pennines to stay with my cousin for two nights before we go back to Yorkshire to Skipton for 3 nights visiting more relatives.
