New Kitty On The Block

This youngster appeared on the lawn next door meowing loudly (until Not My Cat chased it away). It doesn't belong to my neighbors or anyone else near-by so I'll keep my eyes open - some people abandon their cats in the fields when they learn that they have to pay a small fee for leaving their pets at the local animal shelter.
