Making new friends

What a pleasure to meet such delightful people! Brian, Karen and son James, who we met last week to talk about a possible home exchange next year, came for dinner this evening. There's a magical click with them, and we had a lovely evening. Looks like the exchange will go ahead. Yay!!

Yes, I've been neglectful of late with Blip. On Friday we had another delightful dinner with Dean, Michael, John and Angelo. Three dinners in one week! We are becoming masterful chefs! Three different pasta dishes (all prepared by Chef Tiziano) and the same dessert - chocolate covered strawberries (all prepared by pastry chef Anny). It really was a fun evening. 

The weather has been beautiful and I've spent a lot of time at the beach, and too much time working!
