A mother's mourning continues

Letha Winston's son would have been 28 today, had he not been killed by Portland police on October 30, 2018. Today she held a vigil for him at the corner where he was shot nine times in the back while he had his hands up and was not moving. 

Her grief knows no end.

Members of the Pacific Northwest Family Circle were on hand to comfort her.
