Robin chicks
We've had a pair of Robins in our garden since the beginning of spring. A few weeks back we thought we may have disturbed their nest when we cut the hedge and discovered it, hidden between the branches, with 2 eggs in it.
Since then we have watched the Robins going back and forth so we knew they were back and had not abandoned their nest. It has taken a while to be able to get a photo as I was scared of disturbing them again, so this was taken from quite a distance and at a wobbly stance. However we now have a few photos showing the 3 chicks who are growing rapidly.
I changed this to grayscale, having tried a number of filters, to try to enhance a pretty poor photo. Still not great but at least it shows one of the little chicks fairly clearly.
