Apparition

Much like the pimple that that wasn't there when you went to bed but has mysteriously appeared on the end of your nose by the time you woke up next morning so it is with this. Where did it come from? When is it going away?  Have I got enough ointment? Is it too big to squeeze?

Only time will tell.
