On the Wall

A leisurely start to the day with a hotel breakfast then a wander along the walls and back through the Minster courtyard before collecting our bags and heading to the station. 

24 hours away that have given my batteries a much needed recharge. Hope to reality, school pickup, long flute lesson for C, quick tea then out for athletics for C, and tea and a catchup with a friend for me. C managed to beat my pb in the long jump pit tonight. She did have a spring board though! I wouldn't be surprised if she beats it without one day.
