Bull and Boss

After a day of more carpet cleaning and reading it was another of our Camera club summer evenings. Unfortunately the weather was not very summery so, instead of portraits around the farm in natural light we were in the barn with models and flash lights. Everyone had a good time though - these evenings are very sociable. The farm is owned by one of our members and he was very keen to show off his prize bull who is stunningly beautiful. This magnificent creature is lame at the moment and unable 'earn his keep' but is expected to make up for it next year!

I downloaded a sample of a book this morning, then had to buy the whole thing and have been engrossed in it a lot of the afternoon. I would only recommend it if you have a some time available for reading as that's what you'll do!
