Waiting for the new arrivals

Susanna has been asking for a pet for years, and when the rest of the family ganged up on me as we'll, I had to give in. Today we went to Lothian Cat Rescue and tomorrow we will pick up two beautiful 10-month old girls to join our family. One is white with black spots, the other is black with white spots.

We are now the proud owners of bowls, toys, litter trays and the like, which reminds me of all the preparations before the girls were due!

No doubt the cats will appear in many blips in the days ahead!
