Early bird

This little chap is our new alarm clock.  Every morning he is flapping about at the bedroom window wanting to be fed.

It's been a feathery day so far.  Billy, the devil cat, brought in a parakeet.  Ed managed to rescue it and take it to the vet. It is going to live.  

Green feathers and blood all over the coalface floor.

I am not talking to Billy.
