Flash back

I am still at home , slowly recovering from the worst attack of kidney stones I have had in 25 years.   Since before the start of the Scottish Parliament in fact, which makes this blip sort of ironic.

There is a preview in the Parliament tonight of a new BBC Scotland documentary presented by Allan Little  called "Children of the Devolution" and although I will miss it I saw the trailer  late last night.   

It has this image in it early on -  Sean Connery with his wife at the Parliament's opening by the Queen on 1st July 1999.   He is seated alongside his host for the day,  Cathleen.  

The children at Toward School where she was Head Teacher  loved seeing her on screen like this....
