A Thick Thighed Beetle aka The Fine Weather Beetle

A very misty chilly day so not much happening. Me and Rik went for a walk from La Pulente around Petit Port and back via part of the Railway Walk to Corbiere. I hadn't walked around there for a long time so it was nice to rediscover it. Not many insects around so it was good to photograph this beetle.
