For the future

Saw the consultant today and I am going to have a hip replacement op. The wait is 12 weeks but I have said I'm happy to have one at short notice ...the sooner the better. My right hip has really deteriorated. 
I went over to Kate and John's and Kate told me all the things I might need after the op, including a grabber to help with getting dressed or putting socks on!!! Margaret from the in bloom group has lent me one!
