not Honourable though. Had I been honest, my exercise routine was akin to doing all my school homework on. Sunday night. Hey ho, serves me right, I never got anywhere.

Anyway, free I am and I WILL do the exercises as and when painwise I can, but without the examiners threat.

Finally I would like to mention that I did not see Hellonwheels at all today. I did not visit her house, nor sit in the garden knitting and drinking tea, nor spending the afternoon in hoots of laughter. You Tube, are you ready?!
