Juvenile

I was on the phone very early this morning. The Granddaughter was phoning me. I was asked by the 5 year-old to guess how she was talking to me. "On mummy's phone?" No. Well, yes, but I was supposed to guess that she was talking via a new headset! Very good for children, actually, it keeps them talking into the microphone even when they're turning their head around as they talk..

After a look around the garden and then a trip to Dobbies I had a lot in the camera today. I hadn't got the images downloaded when I saw this juvenile woodpecker on the peanut feeder. The male had just been a few minutes previously but it was the first time I've seen the youngster.
