The good old ordinary rake. It's not really used that much. Dutchoak doesn't keep his garden exactly weed-free, so there's not much use for a rake after weeding.
The elder people here, though, apply to their gardens an almost Japanese design: a plant here and there, with a perfectly raked soil underneath...
