In Provence

We had a very early start at 03:30am for flights to Brussels and onwards to Marseille, then a train trip to Orange, followed by a car ride. By 4pm Mr hazelh and I were installed in one of Andy and Carol's two houses in Provence. They live in one for about four months a year, and are renovating the second as a holiday rental property. We're all staying in the soon-to-be-rental property tonight.

We stopped off at a vineyard en route to our accommodation this afternoon to pick up some wine for our short stay. It was rather windy up in the hills, as can be seen in my blip.

We've enjoyed a very pleasant first evening on the terrace with views to Mont Ventoux, glass of wine in hand. Andy and Carol have also met the Exploding Kittens (but not Catan, because we have travelled with hand luggage only).

Exercise today: airport walking (10,376 steps).
