Poppy grass verge

My neighbours across the road have a small piece of grass verge in front of their front garden border and a few weeks ago she reset the grass as it had suffered last summer. She said as it was just a small area she had bought some fairly expensive seed. So I don't know yet if she added the poppies, or if they just happen to have arrived! They look very pretty though.
