Set up my Mum and Dad with the internet today and will buy them a Chromebook tomorrow so they can venture online for the first time. This is going to be interesting considering they call me up to talk them through series linking something on Sky. I tried to remember my first WWW experience and amazingly actually could, I think it was around 1993 on a Mac Classic in Glasgow University library and I visited some URLs that I had copied out of Jockey Slut (a music magazine). At the time it felt very exciting, sometimes it still does.
