Photographers Place?

A day in Edinburgh lunching with old friends.  We laughed well.
Edinburgh was very busy.  I guess it is always the tourist season there and it is always good to see so many enjoying what the city has to offer.  I guess the busy-ness just has to be endured.
I saw the blipped sign and thought of photography.  It is above the central library.
