The sun finally came out this afternoon, after further rain this morning. I was chairing a meeting first thing, but then got a bit of time back when my next meeting was unexpectedly cancelled. But I then had more meetings later. I caught up with one of my team who was struggling to fit everything in - there is a considerable amount for my team at the moment, and all of it essential. Usually I'd hope to say they could postpone something.
