Tawny owl

I am spending a couple of days over in Lincs. enjoying the diverse wildlife on a working farm near Bourne. They care for the wildlife here and rent out hides for the likes of me to enjoy it too. This shot was taken just before midnight, there is something really tranquil about being in the middle of nowhere, silent on your own watching this beautiful owl. However it is now the early hours and Im back at my hotel. I just picked it out from of lots of thumbnails as I need my bed. I have to be up early tomorrow to go back for another day of wildlife fun.
