Beef Stew

Berbere seasoned beef stew, tomatoes (fresh today from the CSA) with fleur de sel and anchovies, and romaine salad. Wine: the rest of last night’s Cab Franc dominant Bordeaux.

The stew was good (and spicy), the tomatoes were properly tomatoey (hard to come by anymore), and the salad was... well, a salad (I happen to like salad). The wine, alas, lost all of its tanic bite overnight and is fine but lacking character.
