The Race Against Time

With all our Christmas visitors gone, it's now down to us to heroically chomp our way through the leftovers in the fridge. It's a race against time before mould and use by dates kick in. This red onion is a casualty of Christmas and will have to be humanely put down.

For Christmas we treated ourselves to an LED lightbox so it was time to experiment and give it a try.
