Unfortunately, large portions of boiled carrots seem to figure largely at mealtimes.

At the end of Ramadan, Fatima's friends and relatives have brought wonderful little cakes to celebrate (we're on diabetic ward).
She eats them secretly and tries to persude me and one of the nurses to indulge! I've only succumbed twice.
