I'm home a lot composing these days. So here is another intimate, daily life photo.
It's about 90 steps up to our place, and this cat impatiently waits for his buddy Yann to make the trek. It keeps everyone in shape. :)

The work that went into Parisian buildings is impressive, even if ours is not in the grand Haussmann style. But these railings, the metal roofs and the sandstone work from the late 1800's were all made by and still renovated by skilled artisans.
All buildings in Paris are obliged to renovate there facades regularly, which is why central Paris looks so beautiful!
