Sadie's boots

Sadie went into University this morning to get some books from the library. Usually it can be difficult getting specific books ahead of essay deadlines but with swathes of students out of town just now, she had the pick of them all. In the morning we went down to Musselburgh to put a a cheque into the bank and fed the ducks with leftover bread.

Sadie was working in the afternoon and we had a restful time at home. I cleared the attic with Samuel ahead of a rehearsal of his new band tomorrow.

We went out for tea at Craig House in the evening.

I'd taken photos of the ducks, photos of the attic and a photo of the green-lit pine outside the Craig House but none of them came out very well. So, as Sarah's been so busy today, here's a picture of the new boots she got for Christmas.
