The longest day

I’ve not been looking forward to the length of today (yesterday now as I blip at ten to one) all week but it has been a lovely Y11 prom. Beautiful dresses, smart suits and lovely students. And all collected by ten past midnight.

They enjoyed their leavers’s assembly too and I enjoyed a relatively ‘normal’ day after what has been a mad week with lots achieved in 5 days - and one lengthy evening. I am hoping that Bailey might grant me a lie in in the morning but I suspect he may not be keen to comply.
