More Sours

I’d been meaning to visit Garden Path Fermentation for a long time, and when I found that they were going to have a tasting of sour beers by my friend Eric, brewer at the iconic North Fork Beer Shrine and Pizzeria*, that was all the incentive I needed. It was every bit as good as I expected.

*No longer also a wedding chapel — they were having trouble getting someone licensed to conduct the ceremonies. Eric told me that brewery employees had often been recruited as a required witness at the last moment!
