Saturday morning ritual done

Route was diverted off the prom today onto the pebble beach to pass the Pride march.

Still my fastest time this year despite the trip across the speed sapping pebbles.

Still slow for me but as I put running back into my regime times are falling and hopefully before too long back to sub 20... Not sure my old body will cope with sub 19 but that would be very satisfying.

I was still first in age category so not so bad
