Cooking on Gas

Today has been a strange one.

I had planned to go for a walk but as I was tired after yesterday's exertions, I had a lie in and decided to listen to my body and rest instead.  A walk can wait for another day.

My patience has been tested to the limit today, and it has been hard to maintain a smile.  I popped to the garden centre and admired the beauty of so many wonderful flowers.  Nature never fails to make me smile.

The one good plus point has been that despite all these troubles I've been very creative.  I've written more of my children's book series, and got further ideas for the other books.  And then I've also created a new series as well, I'm outlining the characters at the moment and the type of adventures they could have.

I feel like a proper writer.  LOL!
