Bad day with shoulder having had an exceptional day yesterday. We visited friends in Bicester staying for lunch before seeing my Bowen man in the afternoon.

He seemed to do me more good, I just don't know why it's been so painful today.

Had to take the big 3 including oramorph - hey ho. Interesting that I have the pain clinic next week so it's probably psychosomatic.
