Gainsborough Butterfly

A trek down the A1 to Gainsborough for two urban Orienteering events. A sprint in the morning followed by an urban this afternoon.

During the break managed to catch this butterfly sunning itself.

Rather warm for running. Lots of fluid required post races. Now the big decision.......do I run again tomorrow on the steep North York Moors escarpment? At least there will be a cafe at the end!
