Purple Patch
Geranium magnificum is having its moment. It's showing up all over the garden, where I've planted offspring of the original plant. Maybe I have enough of it now. But it's such a vigorous and reliable doer that I hesitate. It does a great job of suppressing the weeds too. It needs dividing again, so maybe next year there will be more splashes of purple (I prefer to think of it as blue, though).
It has been a domestic day, preparing for the arrival of daughter and the youngest grandchildren tomorrow.
