Ornamental Poppies

Seen while walking to Open Church coffee morning.

Spent some quiet time just sitting and looking in the garden. The weather was warm, the garden lovely.  Then Basil and I went to look at the poppies up by Tickow Lane again. In two days they have gone over.

We found a track that led downhill to the Blackbrook which was flowing freely.

On our way home, we stopped at Joy's for a G&T. Basil sulked because he feels his place has been usurped by Joy's dachshund, Penny.
