Black bun

Today's the day ............................... to bring in the New Year

I know it's only the 28th December - but last night was a sort of Hogmanay for us.

We normally bring in the New Year with John and Roma but not this year as we will be back in Kendal. But as we were with them last night, it seemed a good idea to bring things forward.

We had a lovely evening with them - and as we set off today, John gave us some of Roma's Mum's famous Black bun to take away with us .....................
