Then you ff to Stirling for a meeting of the senior teams of ourselves and SCRA to consider some big issues.

The traffic for Royal Highland Show at Ingliston by the airport delayed our arrival so the meeting ran on as we worked our way through the planning set out by our IT Director.

Back to the office for 18:45. For once I was not driving so managed this view of the magnificent Kelpies as we drove past.

Hospital radio, dropped off colleagues, Radio unit committee papers then bed in the early hours.
