a new barn

When I was thirteen years old during Easter vacation, I worked on this farm. Working on this farm, was my first paying job. The farmer was a Dutch immigrant. He came from the town of Staphorst, the Netherlands. He taught me to drive a tractor. I learned about farm implements like the chain harrow. The farmer is retired now.

This year the farmer's son built a new barn. Milking cows in this barn is automated. I have not been in the barn. But I am curious.
