Wine country for tired teachers

The tripartite day consisted of late morning leisurely long breakfast, all of us together, lazy afternoon in and by the pool, (which is a salted not chlorinated - much nicer to swim), folk wandering off to the hamam or for a massage, or nap... then wine tasting session at 17.00 which heralded a long evening filled with a many course dinner to accompany the wines that continued to flow.  

Back to Istanbul tomorrow.
